We have reinvented the much loved martial art Muay Thai in a banging new way!

With our reinvented training method, you will be conducting Muay Thai in the ultimate high intensity training manner. This is designed to keep your mind addicted and your body seeing continuous fitness and strength results.

Bang in and bang out – Life is busy, so with our sessions you won’t be fluffing around! In 45 minutes you will be banging out movements that some will take hours in the gym to achieve! You will always leave feeling like a Muay Thai kickboxing champion.

The Muay Thai aspect to our training method is kept traditional using the 8 limbs, relevant to fight training and self defence, however we have put our own twist on our combos, the speed it will be conducted in and the structure of our classes.

We use explosive strikes for keeping your arms, abs and legs fit, speed for burning body fat, body weight and weights for building lean muscle, power movements to keep you strong and endurance for the next level fitness!

With all of this combined in our unique training method designed by head coach and founder Maddy Williams, You can forget standing around for long periods of time or conducting simple combos and strikes over and over.

BANG BANG MUAY THAI “WHAT WE ARE FAMOUS FOR”

Bang Bang Muay Thai is solely based around the unique martial art MUAY THAI!

The Muay Thai aspect to our training method is kept traditional using the 8 limbs. This class is relevant to fight training and self-defence, however we have put our own twist on our combos which offers you the best that Muay Thai has to offer.

We use explosive strikes for keeping your body lean, speed combos for burning body fat, power strikes for building muscle all over. Our Bang Bang Muay Thai class will keep you superwoman strong and take your endurance to the next level.

BBMT is 45 minutes of work across our custom-made 80kg bags with combinations of strikes like, jabs, hooks, kicks, knees and elbows.

‘Bang Bang’ is the sound of a perfectly timed hit with maximum power, the feeling of an always fresh workout and giving the gal next to you a high-five, all of which you’ll get to experience first-hand in our signature class. We’ll bring the music, the combos and the vibes, all you have to do is show up.

P.S. Don’t worry if you’re new to boxing, we’ll make sure you’re rocking each move safely and correctly – we don’t want you jibbing when you’re supposed to be jabbing.

Fighting Fit takes the best parts of all our classes, folding them together to promote muscular endurance and conditioning. Prepare to tackle everything from boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, bodyweight training, TRX and torsion bar training; this one’s a sweat maker.

A whole body, HIIT workout, Fighting Fit ticks all the boxes, promoting cardiovascular health, muscle development and endurance. There’ll be sweat, there’ll be smiles and you’ll walk out feeling just a little more powerful than before.

With the aim to make you (you guessed it) fighting fit, this class will push you into the big leagues.

RUMBLE “LET’S GET READY TO RUMBLE”

Rumble is our adrenaline-peaking session focused on partner work and skill building. Using Thai pads, you’ll jab-cross your way through combos and kicks and might even make a new bestie along the way.

A step away from bag work, Rumble is ideal for beginners keen to practice the basics or advanced boxers ready to take things to the next level – and boy, do we mean next level.

We credit Rumble as our powerhouse class, ensuring you never know the meaning of the words ‘fitness plateau’ and always have a smile at the end of the day.

So, throw on your game face, we’re running this class mano-a-mano. Or is that womano?

Either way, bring your A-game.

FIERCE STRENGTH “PREPARE TO BE NEXT LEVEL STRONG”

There’s so much more to Muay Thai than simply throwing a punch or kick.

With Bang Bang, we’re dedicated to ensuring your body can execute these moves at the very best level. Our Fierce Strength classes focus on function and muscle-building using torsion bars, TRX, kettle bells, slam balls, battle ropes and more. You’ll grow in strength, improve form and gain the gusto needed to execute those kicks with power.

One of our more varying classes, Fierce Strength can take you anywhere from weighted squats and kettle bells swings one day to an intense burpee competition to the next. And the crazy thing is, you’ll actually love it.

THE SHRED “30 MINUTES OF RED ZONE MADNESS”

Only have 30 minutes but ready to go? Have to get back to the office but need a workout? Keen to turn your Myzone a glorious shade of red?

That’s where The Shred comes in.

Feeling the burn but want to put some numbers behind your efforts? We offer everyone who trains with us the opportunity to opt in to the Myzone system.

Our favourite accountability tool, Myzone measures heart rate, calories and ‘effort’ percentage, presented in real-time to our screens. You’ll be able to put data behind your sessions and, trust us on this, strive to ‘hit the red’ aka 90 per cent or above, as much as possible.
