💪🏼FEELING TIRED? NEED A BOOST?✌🏼

If you are feeling tired, you are not alone!

There can be many contributing factors as to why you do not feel energetic on a daily basis! 💛

We do have to remember, we are not full-time athletes with a team of health professionals monitoring us constantly 24/7! Feeling tired after working hard, training hard can be normal.

Our Coaches at BB LOVE to take EHPlab oxyshred becausese it peps us up everymorning at 4:30am and gets us super pumped for our day & workouts!!

If we are feeling extra tired, we will take a double scoop!

Oxyshred IS NOT a hectic pre-workout! It is quite soft compared to other brands on the market. It will not hype you up so much that you come crashing down (this we love the most)!!

I DONT DRINK COFFEE?🌿

We would HIGHLY suggest starting on half a scoop. Gradually start taking more if you do not feel the effect.

I LOVE COFFEE & DRINK IT DAILY, WILL I FEEL THE EFFECTS?👏🏼

If this is you, 1 scoop should be absolutely fine!! We would recommend starting with this & if you don’t feel much happening, take another 1/2 a scoop.

I TAKE PRE-WORKOUT & DON’T FEEL ANYTHING OFF ONE SCOOP😵

Our coaches take this every day & don’t feel a dramatic BUZZZZZ off one scoop! So when we workout, most of us like to take a double scoop! This is totally fine – if you do not feel pumped after one, take two!

I HIT A WALL AT WORK DURING THE DAY 😣

At around 11/12pm we can start to get a bit tired! So we like to have another scoop of oxy to keep us going OR we will take half a scoop at 12, and another around 2pm. If you’re feeling tired at work and need a pick me up, go for OXY over coffee!

WHY COULD I BE TIRED???😣💛

Here is a list of reasons below as to why you may feel tired. If you tick any of these boxes & do not know how to improve on your circumstances, it is important to seek help from a professional who can help!
