“I’m naturally a tiny build and despite already being quite fit prior to B.B., my leanness was often confused with being called ‘just skinny’ – which was SO frustrating when I was consistently training.
I knew B.B would increase my fitness but I genuinely didn’t think it would make much of a difference to me physically. It wasn’t something I was actively tracking as I have always been confident in my shape – but you can see the difference before & after the 12 week challenge.
