“I’ve never really done cardio. I actually hated it with a passion.. My previous exercise routine only ever involved weights.
My BB journey started when My friend, Kaylee Pepper, kept raving about how amazing B.B. is, so I decided to give it a go.
I began with my first 12 week challenge. After the first seven days, I felt so liberated after and was so grateful that Kaylee introduced me to this unique style of training.
The trainers are so encouraging and push you so you can persevere when you think you can’t go further. It’s easy to see how much they love their job as they show so much passion when training our sessions.
