In our BIKINIBODS Academy we have the MYZONE state of the art monitoring system! MYZONE measures real-time heart rate, calories and effort data of everyone in the class. Physical activity from both inside and outside the academy is wirelessly uploaded on a T.V screen on the wall to a user, trainer, and owner cloud account, providing amazing fitness tracking that can be accessed anywhere in the world.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Muay Thai is a form of martial arts that originated in Thailand. It uses a variety of upper & lower body movements such as kicks, knees, elbows and punches. There are several ways to conduct each one. Correct technique is a must and we ensure that we teach you how to do each movement correctly. This training style is the most popular, not only for the incredible results it brings but for how it makes you feel. You are left feeling challenged and empowered after every session. We are constantly teaching our girls new combos and self defense drills. We believe it is essential for women to be able to protect themselves & this is a perfect way to learn. It brings something new to your workouts and we guarantee it will excite you! This class is 100% boredom free & will strengthen & tone your entire body!

HIIT Kickboxing

(Core + Abs + Booty)

We conduct a mixture of combos designed to lean up and strengthen your entire body in a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) manner. We don’t just use your standard jabs. We pride ourselves on teaching you the correct technique for all kicks, knees, elbows and punches. In this class we will incorporate traditional Muay Thai with functional movements using weighted med balls to strengthen your core, abdominals, build lean muscle, work that booty and reduce body fat. This class will help you to strengthen your lower back, activate pelvic floor muscles, build those booty muscles, strengthen your core, increase hip mobilisation, strengthen your upper/lower body and increase fitness.

K.O. Muay Thai

In this class we will be using a combination of thai pads, kick shield and bag work to bring you several different combinations! This class is sure to burn maximum cals! It brings something new to your workouts and we guarantee it will excite you! 100% boredom free.

OUTDOOR HIIT TRAINING WITH THAI BOXING

We use body weighted exercises in a high intensity interval manner to maximise lean muscle, increase definition, reduce cellulite, reduce body fat, increase fitness and strength. We absolutely recommend incorporating these sessions into your weekly workout routine in order to have a well balanced fitness program. Our outdoor sessions are Muay Thai inspired with a HIIT twist that will shape and strengthen your entire body. Conducting a mixture of Thai Boxing combos (elbows, knees, kicks and punches) with overall body strengthening exercises (HIIT upper/lower body movements and outdoor sprints)! If you’re stuck indoors all day there is nothing better than doing your workout outside at our beautiful beaches and parks! These sessions are located outdoors next to our beautiful parks and beaches – they will be sure to get you super fit and give you an amazing start or finish to your day!
