At Bang Bang MT Chatswood, we’re not your ordinary gym. We pride ourselves on creating a fitness environment where learning Muay Thai is challenging, empowering and enjoyable. We understand the importance of finding a training method that provides the motivation and encouragement to stay disciplined and remain consistent so personal goals can be achieved. This is our ethos, and something we believe is fundamental to creating sustainable health and wellbeing transformation.
Every woman has their own story to tell! Embracing the struggles and thriving off the growth it brings is what fuels my purpose. Having a true desire for wanting the best out of life is what I, and our coaches, hope to inspire in others where after each BB session you feel mentally, physically and emotionally strong, driven, connected and empowered. Our aim is to not only get you to where you want to be but to educate, inspire and in some way, help improve the relationship YOU have with YOU.
