Maitland we have landed! We are so excited to have brought our completely unique, bad ass women’s only academy to Maitland! From our custom 7-foot kickboxing bags, special torsion weight bars and custom boxing apparel we cater to babes looking for something completely unique in a women’s only space.

Our academy is perfect for babes looking for classes before work, lunch or after work! Our classes include Muay Thai inspired kickboxing, boxing, strength and functional all in a supportive and empowering women’s community. We have showers and change facilities and our location is super convenient for parking. Making coming to train in our classes stress free. We welcome everyone no matter your age, fitness level or if you have never done boxing or kickboxing before!
