Our sessions are engineered to work the entire body and not one limb less. We use explosive strikes to tone, speed combos for burning body fat and – our personal fave – power strikes for building muscle. We marry Muay Thai-only classes with strength sessions, building and honing the muscle systems needed to execute strikes with oomph!
Outside our classes, we incorporate free meal plans, calorie/macro assessments, and goal setting to ensure your journey doesn’t end when you step off the mats. Whether you’re looking to drop body fat or build muscle, we’ve got you covered with a wealth of experience.
