Our top strength training strategies

Each of our Bang Bang Muay Thai sessions include an element of strength training. If you want to focus on getting strong, don’t slack off in the gym and make sure you are bringing 100% to every session.

Increase your workout intensity and the size of the weights that you use over time (this is called progressive overload), and focus on making every move fast, powerful and explosive.

Pair those hand weights with your squats, and keep your cardio to short bursts with higher intensity.

Don’t forget to reset your macros to focus on muscle building – muscles need quality fuel.
